We are General Trading Fashions One Member Company Limited (Business Registration Number: 0314635071), headquartered at 163 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 01, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, a subsidiary of Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (Thailand). We currently operate the official online sales channel at www.underarmour.com.vn.
 
1.1 Under Armour Vietnam is a brand of General Trading Fashions One Member Company Limited – the authorized distributor of genuine Under Armour products in the Vietnamese market.
 
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are the copyrighted intellectual property of our company. Any use by third parties, even partial excerpts, for commercial purposes involving goods or services is strictly prohibited. Violations may be subject to legal action.
 

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Account" refers to the Under Armour Vietnam account you must register on the website if you submit an Order on the site.
  • "Business Day" means any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Vietnam as determined by the company.
  • "Order Confirmation" means the email we send to you confirming your Order under clause 4.2 below.
  • "Contract" means your Order for a Product or Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that we accept under clause 4.2 below.
  • "Customer" means any individual placing an order on the website.
  • "Order" means the order submitted by you on the website to purchase Products from us or our partners.
  • "You" refers to the Customer placing an order with Under Armour Vietnam.
References to "terms" are to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
Words indicating gender include all genders, and references to persons include individuals, companies, corporations, or partnerships.
3.1 Registration
a) To place an Order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the website. You must provide accurate and truthful information and update it by notifying us of any changes via the relevant parts of the website.
b) You must not misuse the website by creating multiple user accounts.

3.2 Order Formation

a) The information contained in these Terms and Conditions and the website does not constitute a sale offer but an invitation to treat. There is no binding Contract for Products between you and us until we ship the Products to your address.
b) To place an Order, you must follow the online purchasing process on the website. After that, you will receive an email Order Confirmation.
c) An Order is considered completed only when the Products are delivered to your designated address.
d) The Order will only cover the Products we deliver. If your Order includes multiple Products, they may be delivered in separate packages at different times.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

While we strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reconfirm your Order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the Order as canceled. If you cancel the Order before we dispatch it and have already paid, you will receive a full refund (according to company policy).
a) Prices, if applicable, include VAT and are in VND. Service charges will be added if applicable and clearly shown in the ‘Total Order Value’.
b) We are not obliged to fulfill your Order if the website price is incorrect (even after Order Confirmation).
c) You may pay via any payment partners listed on our homepage or use Cash on Delivery. You may also pay using e-gift cards, wallet credits, or promotional vouchers.
d) To minimize unauthorized access risk, we encrypt your card data. Upon receiving your Order, we will request pre-authorization on your card to ensure sufficient funds. The Order is not confirmed until this check is completed. Your card will be charged once we send you the Order Confirmation. Cards must be validated and authorized by the issuer. If we do not receive necessary authorization, we will not be liable for delays or non-delivery.

3.4 Order Cancellation

Note: Orders cannot be canceled after successful delivery.

3.5 Order Rejection

We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from the website or edit any material or content on the site.
While we strive to fulfill all Orders, in exceptional cases, we may refuse to process Orders even after sending an Order Confirmation.
You must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Under Armour Vietnam reserves the right to limit or cancel Orders of customers who violate any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
If we cancel your Order and you have paid for it, you will receive a full refund.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any Products from the website (sold or unsold), removing or editing content, or refusing to process or accept an Order.

4.1. We always strive to deliver the Products to you at the delivery location specified in your Order and within the delivery timeframe indicated at checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation).

4.2. We will notify you if we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charges, or expenses arising from delayed delivery.

4.3. Upon delivery of the Products, you may be required to sign for receipt. You may contact us at ce@underarmour.com.vn or call 1900 63 64 01 in case of any error or damage. You may be asked to provide the documents delivered with the Product, if applicable.

4.4. All risk in the Product passes to you upon delivery, except where delivery is delayed due to your breach of the Terms and Conditions. From the time of such breach, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product. Any breach by you may affect your future purchasing ability on www.underarmour.com.vn.

5.1. If you are not fully satisfied with the service we provide, you may return the product to us within thirty (30) days from the delivery date for FULL-PRICE items and within ten (10) days for PROMOTIONAL items. The Product must be unused, with original tags intact (not lost or counterfeit), and in the original branded packaging (if any). 5.2. You must ensure the Product is returned in the same condition as received and properly packaged. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the Product back to you.
 
5.3. In some cases, the payment/cancellation and return policy for certain Products may differ from the standard terms and conditions stated here. In such cases, the special conditions will be disclosed on the product detail page.
